When booking a call, you must provide accurate and complete information. I may reschedule or decline bookings at my discretion.

4. Requests for Simulator & Course Samples (NDA)

Any simulator, course sample, template, demo, or related material provided by me (“Materials”) is my exclusive intellectual property.
Materials are provided solely for your personal, non‑commercial evaluation of my services.
By requesting or accessing Materials, you agree to the following Non‑Disclosure Agreement (NDA):

NDA Clause: Materials are confidential and proprietary. You will not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, disclose, display, or create derivative works from the Materials, nor allow any third party to access them, without my prior written consent. You may use the Materials only to evaluate my capabilities. These confidentiality obligations survive indefinitely after access ends.
