How can a learning and development consultant help my business?
I start with the business problem, not the course. I find the performance gap, design the learning that closes it, and measure the result against your KPIs, whether that's ramp-up time, sales, handling time, or adoption of a new tool.
How can we get new hires productive faster?
Build onboarding around what each role actually needs to do, with practice, assessments, and manager reinforcement. A competency-based onboarding program I built cut sales ramp-up time from 60–70 days to 30.
How do we get employees to actually adopt a new system or AI tool?
Treat it as change, not just training: role-based learning, hands-on practice, champions, clear communication, and support after go-live. I've used this approach to reach 95% adoption of a new sales tool within 30 days and to raise AI tool adoption from 30% to 85%.
How can training improve sales team performance?
Pair skills training with structured coaching from team leaders, using frameworks like Value Selling, MEDDPICC, and GROW. My coaching programs have improved sales performance by 30%, and in a six-week pilot lifted sales conversion by 18%.
How do you measure the ROI of training?
Agree the measures of success before building anything, then track them from learner feedback and assessments through to business results. I report against those KPIs with dashboards, so stakeholders see the impact while the program is running, not months later.
Which LMS should we use, and can you help implement it?
It depends on your size, content, and integrations. I've led an LMS procurement and implementation, and I work with Docebo, Litmos, and Moodle, building content in Articulate 360 and Vyond.
Do you work with teams outside the Toronto area?
Yes. I'm based in Mississauga, in the Greater Toronto Area, and have delivered programs for teams in Canada, the USA, the UK, Ireland, India, and Australia, both in person and virtually.
